Becoming a member of Bay Area Bassmasters opens many doors for all anglers. Regardless of age, you can compete for our Team Anglers of the Year (TAOY) or Sportsman of the Year (SOY) awards. Anyone over the age of 18 also has the opportunity to qualify to fish in the upcoming Bassmasters Classic. Youth News Flash

Hello fellow anglers, just wanted to touch base with everybody in regards to the next Jr. tournament. I am hoping to have it on Lake Tarpon on August 17th with a small cookout following the tournament at one of the shelter houses in the park. Please contact me asap so I can get an idea of how many permits I need and how much food to bring. Also we need a count of how many kids are going to Palatka on Sept. 26th-28th for the Florida Junior State Qualifier. I would also like it if we could maybe raise some money to help pay for the kids to go to palaka to help offset the cost of food, fuel and lodging. For every 2 kids that participate we need 1 boat. Domenic is wanting to go and I will be going to volunteer with my boat. Pease contact me asap in regards to these 2 matters. Thank you.
